Problems we are solving
Port infrastructures are highly deteriorated due to the majority of ports (60%) were built before 1955. Structural safety is of paramount importance for the port infrastructure during its entire lifetime. Rubber Fenders just partly absorb the impact of vessels while docking. The infrastructure repair costs are rising due to damage occurring to the quay walls. The ongoing repair of quay walls is resulting in a loss of business. The presence of fenders, which partially absorb the impact generated by vessels, leads to increased loading and unloading time for cargo.

Our solutions
What distinguishes our technology from existing safety solutions in the market is its groundbreaking approach to energy dissipation upon impact, as opposed to absorption. DPB effectively and safely dissipates liner kinetic energy, providing superior protection for port infrastructure and docking vessels. DPB's unique mechanism can harness constant tidal and wave energy as a renewable energy source, enabling self-sustainability. The generated energy can be stored in batteries or seamlessly redirected to the grid. Our solution not only enhances port infrastructure protection but also offers a sustainable approach to harnessing renewable energy for the future.
